HECTIC SUMMER
Well, it has been a very long and hectic summer, and it is not over yet! USA Taekwondo and AAU Taekwondo Nationals are
completed, but our Extreme Sports Schedule is in full motion, AAU Team Trials yet to come, Taekwondo at Sea, and Loretta
Lynn's AMA Amateur Nationals. AST Dew Tour Winter Stops have now been released, along with our other Fall Sports Schedules.
Check out our updated event list. New photos will soon be added once we are back in the office long enough to get them
posted! We welcomed back Major Tony Bare at the USA Taekwondo Nationals, and now we have to congratulate him on making
his next rank, Lt. Col. Congratulations Sir!! We also got to welcome back another of our military medical crew, Jaime Houston.
We were so happy to have them back with us once again even if only for a few short days.
We are once again
in fundraising mode to help cover the costs of providing services for all of our events. Please help us out by making

We would also like to thank
everyone for their prayers, condolences, gifts and contributions for the tragic loss of Trish's 3-year-old grandson, Wyatt,
who drown in a swimming pool earlier this summer. Trish, her step-daughter Heather and their entire family would like to thank
all who have shown love and concern in this time of tragedy and heartache.

Bare Essentials Sports Medicine provides
a method to arrange for professional & licensed health care coverage for camps, competition, and special events.
The Sports Medicine Team is constructed according to the needs of the sporting event, their budget and the participants
involved, and is comprised of some of the best medical professionals in their field of expertise. Bare
Essentials Sports Medicine draws from a pool of highly-qualified Certified & Licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists,
Nurses, Physicians (of all specialties), Physician Assistants and Paramedics, as well as highly-educated students in the medical
and allied health care fields for a minimal cost to the event, and in some cases no cost for first time events and charity
events. Everything from arranging for staffing of medical personnel, travel, supplies and equipment are
handled as part of the package.

WE NEED DONATIONS ALL YEAR LONG!!!
Help Bare Essentials Sports Medicine to provide Volunteer/Free Services for non-profit organizations
who cannot afford the costs of hiring medical personnel; or contribute to help better the equipment and supplies used by the
Sports Medicine Team for these events. A letter for tax purposes will be provided for all donations, whether for a cash
or gift-in-kind gift if an address of donator is included with the donation (under "ship to address").
